- Payment information — Transaction details processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank account details directly.
- Device and usage data — Basic app usage information for improving our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity via OTP and manage your account.
- To process bookings, assign workers, and facilitate service delivery.
- To process payments through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
- To communicate with you about your bookings, updates, and support.
- To improve our app, services, and user experience.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform safety.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:
- With workers — Your name, phone number, and address are shared with assigned workers so they can provide the booked service.
- Payment processing — Transaction data is shared with Razorpay for payment processing.
- SMS services — Your phone number is shared with our SMS provider (MSG91) to deliver OTPs.
- Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or government authority.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

- Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Booking and payment records are retained for business and legal compliance purposes even after account deletion.
- You can request account deletion at any time through the Delete Account page.

- Delete your account permanently via the Delete Account page.
