To verify your identity via OTP and manage your account.
To process bookings, assign workers, and facilitate service delivery.
To process payments through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
To communicate with you about your bookings, updates, and support.
To improve our app, services, and user experience.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform safety.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:

With workers — Your name, phone number, and address are shared with assigned workers so they can provide the booked service.
Payment processing — Transaction data is shared with Razorpay for payment processing.
SMS services — Your phone number is shared with our SMS provider (MSG91) to deliver OTPs.
Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or government authority.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure payment processing. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active.
Booking and payment records are retained for business and legal compliance purposes even after account deletion.
