Welcome to Labour Hub, a mobile application operated by Dar Labour Hiring Services, located at Shall Tokuna, Pulwama, Jammu & Kashmir. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Overview of Services
Labour Hub connects customers with skilled and unskilled labourers for farm work, home services, construction, gardening, cleaning, and related tasks. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating the hiring of workers. The actual work is performed by independent workers, not by Dar Labour Hiring Services directly.
2. User Registration
To use our services, you must register with a valid Indian mobile phone number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) for verification. You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account secure. One account is permitted per phone number.
3. Booking & Payment
- When you place a booking, a token amount is collected online via Razorpay as a confirmation fee. This token amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and workers have been assigned.
- The remaining payment for the service is to be settled directly between you and the worker. Dar Labour Hiring Services is not responsible for the collection or settlement of worker wages.
- The estimated total shown in the app is for your reference only and may vary based on actual hours, days, or scope of work.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- You may cancel a booking before workers are assigned, subject to the cancellation cutoff period displayed in the app.
- Refunds for the token amount, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cancellations after workers have been dispatched are not eligible for a refund.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate address and location details for the service.
- You must treat workers with respect and provide a safe working environment.
- You must not use the platform for illegal activities or to misuse the services of workers.
- Any disputes regarding the quality of work should be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Worker Relationship
Workers listed on Labour Hub are independent service providers, not employees of Dar Labour Hiring Services. We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by workers. We strive to verify worker credentials but cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the services provided by workers.
7. Account Blocking & Termination
We reserve the right to block or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or behave inappropriately towards workers or staff. Blocked users will not be able to access the app or make new bookings.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dar Labour Hiring Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app or the services booked through it. Our total liability is limited to the token amount paid for the specific booking in question.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
